Let us explain how we operate.
First Step
After completing our intake form below, someone from our team will schedule a call to learn about your child’s needs and your goals, discuss fees and answer any questions. We are happy to review any reports you have.
Second Step
A team member will conduct an individually-designed assessment for your child. This information will become our baseline data to measure progress through the entire intervention process. Then we map our schedule many sessions per week, where and when.
Weekly Sessions
All programs are designed to be taught four days per week (60 minutes per day) or five days per week (45 minutes per day). All the programs are intended for one-on-one or small group instruction with no more than six students per class.
Our multi-sensory Academic Language Therapy sessions are either 45 or 60 minutes long depending on the package you select. They can be completed in person or virtually through Zoom.
Attendance
Please note, we require 24-hour notice for non-emergency cancellations like medical appointments and events. Sessions that are canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full rate. Thank you for understanding.
Payment
Families are given a choice of payment options from tuition based model or per session monthly fee. All sessions are prepaid. We have several payment options available, including Zele, Vemno or payment through our website.
Other Policies
Therapists are background-checked, fingerprinted and licensed in the state they reside.
Florida families - ClearPath Dyslexia is part of the Step Up for Students and does accept scholarship money. For this to work the funds must be reserved before the session begins. A separate contract will be provided.
